Pre-Production

13.10.22: I started on the pre production of my Music Video with my choices being Machine Gun Kiss and Sins of the Father for my Music Video choices.

I first created a mindmup map for machine gun kiss giving a small expanding diagram of what I'll need to do:

13.10.22: I also made a Mood Board for this music video idea by using power point and using the designer feature to tweak it a bit. I also have a word document containing the singable Romaji lyrics in it.

14.10.22: I started creating a power point presentation pitch for my Music Video Idea for Machine Gun Kiss. Which I was able to pitch on Thursday 20.10.22 to my tutor and was approved.

I also have the videos of the presentation available to view.

10.11.22: I began writing my proposal for my music video project as well as getting a start on my location recce for where I want to shoot my video.

Location Recce

11.11.22: There are a few locations that I'll be using in my music video with the first one being my garden along with an open field nearby my home and the recording studio in college.

I will also have Risk assessments for each location before filming at said location. The three sites are low risk and mostly consist of Slips, Trips and falls with the media room having the addition of electrics. Below I've used the Risk assessment template and compiled all of the current recce locations that'll be in the Music Video.

Song demographic

There are no real demographic statistics that I could find for the song, due to the song originating as part of a mini-game for those that play the yakuza games. So the best bet is that the song was made specifically for the people that play the games to enjoy.

Shot List and Production Schedule

Below is my Production Schedule and shot list that I did for my Music Video project. These were quite easy to fill out and get a rough idea on how and when I'll be doing certain tasks for my project.
