Production

4.11.22: I started doing a voice over for my Music Video but I scraped it. It was not up to my desired expectations and I reverted back to just using the original vocalist and just lip syncing myself to it.

17.11.22: I borrowed a camera as well as a tripod so I could record some shots outside of college for my music Video. I had help from my mum and some of the shots came out as I was hoping they would.

18.11.22: I began recording more footage for my music video on site in the green screen room on the first floor with the help of other students.

I also started shooting some more at home for my music video in my room, the footage came out as good as it could be.

After I had obtained all the filming I needed, I then started working on my music video by using premier pro by starting off with the placement of the lyrics which I used a combination of standard fonts within premier pro as well as a font from dafont called galvanis. After I had placed all the lyrics onto my music video I then added the recordings I did and scaled the project size to 1080p.

At this point I was halfway done with the 1st draft of the video. I added and spliced a few clips from different angles and locations. I'm also adding some extra effects to the text graphics by duplicating them with the text colour changed to red with a white outline that slowly appears by using a crop edit in premier pro to make the text pop out more.

After I have added the footage and effects that I wanted, I exported a rough first draft into an MP4 file and then uploaded onto YouTube, so that I could embed the video into my webnode production page.
